Who We Are

Founder, Roger Lollar, was born and raised in Eunice,  New Mexico where many of his family members worked in the oil and gas industry. He graduated in 1979 and then pursued an Associate's Degree in Petroleum Technology from Eastern New Mexico University.  

After college, Roger worked his way up the management chain of one of the largest independent E & P companies. Roger retired from Anadarko in 2007 after 24 years of service in which he held many of the field positions before becoming production superintendent for 11 years.

His retirement was short lived, and in May of 2007, Echodyne Pumping Technologies was formed to provide rod lift optimization and professional consulting services to the Permian Basin. In recent years as his demand has increased, Roger has gradually transitioned to solely providing professional consulting services. However, being the true entrepreneur that he is, Echodyne is likely to expand into new business ventures in the future.
